Giunti per riduttori Varvel, accoppiamento diretto e sicuro tra motore e riduttore

I giunti per riduttori Varvel consentono l’accoppiamento diretto tra il motore e il riduttore della serie RS/RT, semplificando l’installazione e garantendo un’elevata affidabilità nel tempo.

Progettati per essere montati internamente alla campana (PAM), offrono una trasmissione precisa, assorbimento di vibrazioni e gioco assiale minimo.

Disponibili in varie misure e lunghezze, sono specifici per riduttori Varvel a vite senza fine e coassiali predisposti con giunto. 

I vantaggi nell’utilizzo del giunto elastico sono:

  • unica grandezza riduttore per ogni rapporto
  • aumento della flessibilità e della rotazione stock
  • eliminazione dell’ossidazione per strofinio (tribo-corrosione)
  • gioco zero nel collegamento motore-riduttore
  • riduzione della trasmissione del calore motore-riduttore
  • elevato smorzamento delle vibrazioni del motore
