What is Polizene and where is it used?

Polizene® is a high-flow technical thermoplastic material with a low coefficient of friction, resistant to abrasion, impacts, and many chemical agents. Polizene is used to create sliding guides for chains, plate chains, and modular belts, bends for conveyors, side rails, and containment profiles. The guides ensure smooth and silent sliding and reduce chain wear.

Are the Polizene guides supplied with the metal support?

No. The guides and profiles in Polizene® are supplied without metal support, which must be ordered separately if necessary. Upon request, customized Polizene components can also be produced according to the customer's design. For a quote, you can use the Quick Quote form on shop.atti.it.
