Compliance Status
Partially compliant
This website is partially compliant with the requirements set forth in Appendix A of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard, due to the instances of non-compliance listed below.
Inaccessible content
The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons related to non-compliance with the European Accessibility Act (EU Directive 2019/882) and Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004:
- Requirement 9.1.1.1 — Some dynamic images (e.g., product thumbnails in the shopping cart) may have meaningless or empty alternative text when the associated content is not available.
- Requirement 9.1.2.x — Some embedded multimedia content (YouTube/Vimeo video iframes) does not include an attribute
title descriptive; for pre-recorded videos, text alternatives, captions, or transcripts are not always provided.
- Requirement 9.1.3.1 — In some cases, the information, structure, or relationships conveyed by the page layout cannot be determined programmatically: some fields (e.g., quantity, search) do not have an explicit label associated with them, and some components use attributes
aria-describedby that refer to descriptions that are not always present.
- Requirement 9.1.4.1 — In some cases, color alone has been used to distinguish information or a status (e.g., email verification status, availability indicators).
- Requirement 9.2.4.1 — There is no mechanism for skipping repeated blocks of content (skip links) that appear on multiple web pages.
- Requirement 9.2.4.3 — Some interactive elements are implemented on non-semantic containers (e.g.,
div (with a click handler), changing the tab order and keyboard-only operation.
- Requirement 9.2.4.4 — The purpose of some links (icon-only links such as "Account," "Cart," and the social media icons in the footer) cannot be determined from the link text alone, and they are missing
aria-label descriptive.
- Requirement 9.2.4.7 — On some interactive elements (search fields, buttons, FAQ accordion items), the visual focus indicator has been removed or is not sufficiently visible.
- Requirement 9.3.1.1 — On some pages, the document's language is not specified in the element
html.
- Requirement 9.3.3.2 — Some form fields (e.g., product quantity, search field) do not have a visible or programmatic label.
- Requirement 9.4.1.2 — For some script-generated interface components (icon-only buttons, category toggles, dropdowns), the name, role, and state are not always correctly exposed to assistive technologies.
- Requirement 9.4.1.3 — Some dynamic status messages (e.g., "Added to Cart" confirmations, search suggestions) are not announced to assistive technologies via live regions.
