Incremental Encoders

Encoder : Accurate, Fast, and Reliable

encoder are electromechanical devices designed to detect rotational or linear motion with high precision, emitting pulses on the A and B channels in quadrature that indicate both displacement and direction. Some models also include a Z channel (reference index) or fault signals for more advanced applications.

These encoder provide absolute position information but require an electronic interface capable of counting the pulses and determining the instantaneous position.

With the “Express 48” service, you can receive custom models in just 5 days from the date of your order, subject to the availability of the components and the specific encoder models you need. 

Ideal for high-speed and dynamic control applications, encoder are used in INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION, robotics, motion control, CNC, and material handling, thanks to their ability to provide real-time data on speed, acceleration, and relative position.
