Worm Gears and Screws, Compact, High-Precision 90° Drive Systems

With this worm gear configuration, it is possible to achieve 90° transmissions with high gear ratios and compact dimensions, ideal for applications that require precision and compactness.

Worm gear kits are used in a wide range of applications, from electromedical equipment to the manufacture of reduction mechanisms, and even door opening and closing systems. The worm wheels are made of bronze, and the worm is induction-hardened and ground to ensure maximum efficiency and durability.

The following are available:

  • Rings with diameters ranging from 20 mm to 35 mm
  • Distances between the screw shaft and the spocket hole: 17 mm to 80 mm
  • Reduction ratios of up to 100:1
  • Right-hand versions are available in stock, and left-hand versions are also available upon request
