The ball sleeve is a linear system that, when paired with a LM cylindrical shaft, enables straight movements with minimal friction, ensuring precise, smooth, and steady motion. Thanks to these characteristics, it represents an ideal solution for applications requiring high accuracy and reliability in positioning.
The LM linear bushing consists of a sleeve with semicircular grooves, within which the load-carrying balls roll. They are sequentially guided by a stop integrated into the nut, ensuring uniform movement along the longitudinal direction of the shaft.
Made of high-carbon bearing steel, subjected to heat treatment and subsequent internal and external grinding, the bushing ensures high hardness, wear resistance, and long operational life.

These models of linear housings, cylindrical in shape, feature a simple and high-precision surface.
The bushing can be used for a wide range of applications and is provided in the specified series below, which are classified based on their sizes.
Flanged linear ball bushing
LMF, LMF-M, LMK, LMK-M, LMF-L, LMF-ML, LMK-L, LMK-ML, LMH, LMH-L Series
The bushing is integrated with a flange. This allows it to be mounted directly on the housing using screws, thus simplifying installation.
Linear ball bushing
SC, SL, SH, SH-L Series
As the lightweight and compact aluminum structure contains one LM unit and two SL units, it can be easily mounted by securing it to the table with screws.
LM Shaft Support
SK Series
A lightweight aluminum pivot for securing the LM shaft. Since the mounting section of the LM shaft has a slot, the pivot can be securely attached to the LM shaft using bolts.
