Gear and worm screw kit

Gearwheels and Lead Screws, compact and high-precision 90° transmissions

With this configuration of worm gears, it is possible to achieve 90° transmissions with high ratios and reduced dimensions, ideal for applications where precision and compactness are required.

The worm gear kits cover a wide range of uses, from electromechanical to the realization of reduction mechanisms, up to door opening and closing systems. The crowns are made of bronze and the screw is induction hardened and ground, to ensure maximum efficiency and durability.

Available:

  • Crowns with diameters from 20 mm to 35 mm
  • Screw axis - crown hole distances from 17 mm to 80 mm
  • Reduction ratios up to 100/1
  • Right-hand versions available in stock and, upon request, also left-hand
