Sprocket and worm gear kit

Worm Gears and Worm Screws, Compact 90° High-Precision Drives

With this worm gear configuration, it is possible to achieve 90° drives with high gear ratios and compact dimensions, making them ideal for applications that require precision and compactness.

Worm gear kits are suitable for a wide range of applications, from medical equipment to the manufacture of reduction mechanisms, as well as door opening and closing systems. The worm wheels are made of bronze, and the worm shaft is induction-hardened and ground to ensure maximum efficiency and durability.

The following are available:

  • Rings with diameters ranging from 20 mm to 35 mm
  • Worm shaft to sprocket bore distances from 17 mm to 80 mm
  • Reduction ratios up to 100:1
  • Right-hand versions are available in stock, and left-hand versions are also available upon request
