Bevel Gears

Precise and reliable angular power transmission

Bevel gears consist of two gears with a 45° angled tooth profile, which allow for the redirection of rotational motion by 90° between orthogonal shafts, as well as providing variable transmission ratios with speed reduction or multiplication. 

Available in modules from 1 to 5 and ratios from 1:1 up to 1:4, they can be configured with straight or helical teeth made from materials such as C45 steel or reinforced thermoplastics.

Available types:

  • Straight teeth (standard UNI 6588 or DIN 3967): reliable and efficient for applications with moderate speeds and loads 
  • Spirolox or helical teeth (Gleason or Klingelnberg system): guarantee progressive meshing, lower noise levels, and loads distributed over multiple teeth, ideal for high performance
