Steel and Nylon Chain Tensioner Sprockets, Ready-to-Use Solutions

Chain tensioner sprockets are toothed wheels mounted on double-sealed ball bearings, made of C45 steel in accordance with DIN 8187 and ISO 606 standards, to ensure high wear resistance and a long service life under operating conditions ranging from –20 °C to +120 °C.

These sprockets are supplied ready for installation and are ideal for use as chain guides or tensioners. They range from 12 to 23 teeth, with diameters up to 132 mm and bore sizes up to 25 mm.

Available in both steel and glass-fiber-reinforced nylon versions, they offer lightweight, corrosion-resistant options for harsh environments and applications that require quiet operation.
