FATEK PLC, Micro and High-Performance PLC with integrated Motion
The PLC FATEK technology revolves around the SoC chip, fully developed in-house, consisting of a structure with over 120,000 gates that allows for the integration, in a single device, of CPU, memory, mathematical coprocessor functions, up to 5 high-speed communication ports, 4 sets of hardware timers/counters, 4 interpolatable axes, and 16 interrupt inputs. This chip is the heart of the B1/B1z and FBs series PLCs, the two PLC lines that make up the current FATEK offering.
If you need an ultra-economical PLC with a limited availability of digital I/O (up to 24 points), B1z is the model for you. On the other hand, if you need to manage more I/O including analog inputs, and you require more serial communication ports, B1 is your choice.
With over 40 CPU models available, FBs provides the right answer to every requirement. The range includes CPUs with integrated motion functions supported by hardware with counting inputs of up to 920KHz!
PLC FATEK Series B1: High-performance Compact MicroPLC
B1 is one of the most compact and economical microPLCs on the market, despite high-level performance: 0.13 microsec/instruction, floating-point calculations, integrated fast inputs and outputs up to 50 KHz, expandability up to 128 I/O.
B1 is the most successful family within the FATEK range. A series of ultra-compact expandable PLCs, with a slim format, capable of top-of-the-line performance. Integrated CPU units with a minimum of 10 up to a maximum of 60 I/O, expansion modules up to 128 I/O, analog inputs and outputs, Ethernet option, and integrated positioning functions.
B1 allows the installation of expansion modules to the left or right of the main CPU. On the left side, you can install analog expansion modules and/or communication modules (max one analog + one single COM port), while on the right side of the CPU you can integrate digital I/O modules and any analog or multi-channel temperature modules.

PLC FATEK Series FBs – Power, modularity, and advanced functions for industrial automation
FBs is the historic range of high-performance PLCs from Fatek, updated to this day to always offer top-level performance at an extremely competitive price.
The FBs series is divided into different CPU levels, from the basic MA series to the more complete MC and up to CPUs with advanced motion functions of the MN series. Compared to the B1 models, FBs offers greater expandability, up to over 500 points, a wider range of Ethernet communication modules (with integrated web server functionality), in addition to specific expansions, such as load cell boards (up to 24 bits) that make this PLC easily adaptable to any industrial application.
FBs, in versions MA (basic), MC (complete), and MN (positioning) is the high-performance PLC from FATEK. Expandable up to 512 I/O with dozens of types of boards, FBs can easily manage applications of medium/high complexity in any type of machine or plant.
