Steel and Nylon Chain Tensioner Sprockets, ready-to-use solutions

The sprockets are toothed wheels mounted on double-shielded ball bearings, made of C45 steel according to DIN 8187 and ISO 606 standards, to ensure high wear resistance and long service life in operating conditions from -20 °C to +120 °C.

These sprockets are supplied ready for installation, ideal as a chain redirecting or tensioning element. They range from 12 to 23 teeth, with diameters up to 132 mm and holes up to 25 mm.

Available in both steel versions and glass-fiber reinforced nylon, they provide lightweight and corrosion-resistant options for aggressive environments and applications requiring quiet operation.
