This website is partially compliant with the requirements set out in Annex A of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard, due to the cases of non-compliance listed below.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons of non-compliance with the European Accessibility Act (EU Directive 2019/882) and Italian Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004:

• Requirement 9.1.1.1 — Some dynamic images (e.g. product thumbnails in the cart) may have a non-meaningful or empty alternative text when the related content is unavailable.
• Requirement 9.1.2.x — Some embedded multimedia content (YouTube/Vimeo video iframes) does not provide a descriptive title attribute; pre-recorded videos are not always accompanied by text alternatives, captions or transcripts.
• Requirement 9.1.3.1 — In some cases information, structure and relationships conveyed through presentation cannot be programmatically determined: some fields (e.g. quantity, search) have no explicitly associated label, and some components use aria-describedby attributes pointing to descriptions that are not always present.
• Requirement 9.1.4.1 — In some cases colour alone has been used to convey information or state (e.g. email verification status, availability indications).
• Requirement 9.2.4.1 — There is no mechanism to bypass blocks of content that are repeated on multiple web pages (skip link).
• Requirement 9.2.4.3 — Some interactive elements are implemented on non-semantic containers (e.g. div elements with click handlers), altering the tab order and keyboard-only operation.
• Requirement 9.2.4.4 — The purpose of some links (icon-only links such as account, cart, footer social media) cannot be determined from the link text alone, and descriptive aria-label attributes are missing.
• Requirement 9.2.4.7 — On some interactive elements (search fields, buttons, FAQ accordion items) the visible focus indicator has been removed or is not sufficiently visible.
• Requirement 9.3.1.1 — On some pages the language of the document is not declared on the html element.
• Requirement 9.3.3.2 — Some form fields (e.g. product quantity, search field) have no visible or programmatic label.
• Requirement 9.4.1.2 — For some script-generated user interface components (icon-only buttons, category toggles, dropdowns) name, role and state are not always correctly exposed to assistive technologies.
• Requirement 9.4.1.3 — Some dynamic status messages (e.g. add-to-cart confirmations, search suggestions) are not announced to assistive technologies through live regions.

Preparation of this accessibility statement

This statement was drawn up on 07/09/2025 pursuant to Article 3, paragraph 1-bis, of Italian Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004, and in implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act), transposed in Italy by Legislative Decree No. 82 of 27 May 2022.

The assessment was carried out through objective and subjective analysis of the website, with reference to the requirements of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard and the WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines.
