What components for conveyors can be found on shop.atti.it?
On shop.atti.it, ATTI offers Rulmeca components for roller conveyors: Idler Rollers, motorized rollers, drive rollers, curve rollers, wheels, self-supporting spheres, sliding guides, profiles, and supports. Industrial wheels from Tellure Rôta are also available. Many items can be purchased online, while others can be requested for a quote.
What is the difference between idler rollers, motorized rollers, and drive rollers?
The idler roller spins freely and is used in gravity or manually powered conveyors. The motorized roller has a pulley, a sprocket, or a belt groove and is driven by an external motor via chain or belt, allowing multiple rollers to be driven together. The drive roller has the motor and gearbox integrated within the tube: each roller is motorized independently, without external drives, enabling the creation of zone conveyors.
What are self-supporting spheres?
Self-supporting spheres (or load-bearing spheres) are units with a main sphere that rotates on smaller spheres, allowing the movement of loads in any direction with a simple push, as long as the surface of the objects is smooth and rigid. They are used on work surfaces, transfer systems, and conveyors. Rulmeca spheres on shop.atti.it are available in polyamide and galvanized steel, with various mounting methods and load capacities.
