What accessories for gearboxes can be found on shop.atti.it?
On shop.atti.it, ATTI offers accessories for gearboxes Varvel, Chiaravalli, and SITI: slow shafts (output shafts) simple and double, input and output flanges, reaction arms, couplings for gearboxes, and bolt-on feet. The accessories allow the same gearbox to be adapted to different installations, for example, switching from a hollow shaft to a male shaft or from foot mounting to flanged mounting. For each accessory, the series and size of the compatible gearbox are indicated.
What is the slow shaft of a gearbox?
The slow shaft is the output shaft of the gearbox, the one that rotates at reduced speed. In gearboxes with a hollow shaft output, it is possible to install a slow shaft kit, either simple (protruding from one side) or double (protruding from both sides), to convert the output into a male shaft. The kit must be chosen based on the series and size of the gearbox and the diameter of the hollow shaft; for some series, like the Varvel RNOV, the type of output flange (A or F) also matters.
